Refit of yachts and mega-yachts is one of the main activities for design and project management.
With particular attention to the American brand Magnum Marine, where together with his colleague Edoardo Tonani they take care of the new design and manage the works during the refitting for Italian and foreign customers.

Il refitting di yachts è una delle principali attività sia per la progettazione che il project management.
Con particolare attenzione al brand americano Magnum Marine, in cui insieme al collega Edoardo Tonani curano sia la progettazione che la direzione dei lavori per clienti italiani e esteri.
Yacht Design: Graduated in Yacht Design I started my first experiences in yacht design with important America’s cup Designers as Andrea Vallicelli and Claudio Maletto. Then, I continued my professional knowledge with the Wally Designer Mauro Sculli to develope design process in sailing and motor yachts.
Project Management: I worked 5 years for ATN Yacht Interiors in La Spezia, where I was involved to managing refits and interior fittings for Magnum Marine, Riva, Perini and other shipyards. Has been a very important step to “learn by doing” as manual training knowledge inside the shipyard and as Project Manager to managing timing, costs to control the process of all activities during the production.
Workboats: In partnership with Mauro Sculli I was involved in new proposal designs of custom workboats for foreign shipyards. After this experience, I decided to moved in UK to Alnmaritec, where I gave direct support to the technical office for new proposal designs and to manage the new constructions.
Refitting: Back to Italy, in partnership with Edoardo Tonani I started to manage yachts and new refits projects for customers, brokers and shipyards. We focused our service into the refitting business in order to give to clients a complete management of all the process.
Starting from proposal design, go through engeneering process till manage the shipyard during the construction in order to control and direct all the activities, costs and timing. We design together with our clients, focusing on their knowledge and needs, always with the best quality and budget control.
New Design: In the last years I have been involved with shipyards for new proposal designs and technical drawings. In particular with Saphire AG and Advanced Yachts to give support as technical office for the production of new sailing yachts.
